Northern Performance Realty first opened its doors for business in 1995 to promote the eco-friendly Edgewater Landing and The Estuary residential estates.

In October 2005, Northern Performance Realty moved to its current location at Coombabah Plaza after purchasing Leta Clark Realty – Coombabah’s only other real estate agency. The amalgamation of these two realties has created a one-stop shop for all your real estate needs. As Coombabah’s only local real estate agency, we are dedicated to providing a level of service to the area that other real estate agencies cannot.

Our property sales team has four experienced staff to handle all your buying and selling needs. All our sales team live in local area. Being part of the local community, they are well tuned to what is happening in it.
